Art Jamming uses a flat canvas. We start by providing a pre-fabricated, solid 3D relief (a textured object printed on our machines) adhered directly onto your canvas. This means you are painting a three-dimensional sculpture, creating unique shadows, contours, and depth that truly pops off the wall.

Absolutely not! Our workshops are designed for everyone—from complete beginners to seasoned artists. We handle all the complex 3D printing and preparation; you only need to focus on painting and creativity. But of course when you are here, feel free to ask around on how 3D printing works!

Everything! Your booking includes your canvas with the 3D subjects, a full set of acrylic paints, brushes, and all necessary adhesives and tools.

• Basic and Classic Tier: You select a subject from our constantly updated default collection when you are here. These are pre-printed and ready for your session.

• Premium Tier: You have the option to upload a photo or reference image for a Custom Print. We then model and print a 3D relief inspired by your picture. This will be printed before you come down for your session.

• Basic and Classic Tier: You can often book same-week slots, depending on availability.

• Premium Tier (Custom Print): We require a minimum of 3-7 days advance notice to allow our team to design, and machines time to print, clean, and prepare your unique custom 3D subject!

No. To ensure every participant receives the full experience and the highest quality 3D-printed materials, our pricing is set at One Canvas Per Person for both the Classic and Premium tiers. Each person must book their own canvas slot. Please watch our promotions page for occasional exceptions like "Couples Deals" that may temporarily allow sharing.

Yes! Children aged 4 and under are welcome to accompany a paying adult for free. They must sit on the parent's lap or stand closely beside them, and they will not be provided with their own canvas, 3D relief print, or set of materials. (1 kid to 1 parent)

Policies for Ages 5 and Up: All individuals aged 5 and above attending the workshop must be registered as a participant for their own canvas slot.

• Please note that free-of-charge attendees (aged 4 and under) are not permitted to occupy their own seat or workstation. If the child requires a separate seat or wishes to paint their own canvas/print, they must be booked as a paying participant.

The average session depends mainly on canvas size! Therefore, our tiers have different duration.

Basic Tier: 1 hour 30 mins
Classic Tier: 2 hours 30 mins
Premium Tier: 3 hours

We use quick-drying acrylic paints and provide access to tools/methods in the studio to accelerate the drying process. In most cases, your masterpiece will be dry enough to be safely transported in the provided packaging by the time you leave.

However, if your artwork is particularly thick or if you prefer not to wait:

• Collection: You can leave your canvas to dry further at our studio and arrange to pick it up anytime during our operating hours.

This tier is for large-scale, custom-sized projects (e.g., large home features, corporate branding). We encourage you to contact us directly to schedule a preliminary consultation meeting. We will then provide a personalized quote based on size, complexity, and materials. Feel free to come down to our office to see what we can do too!

Due to the personalized nature of our workshops and the time required for 3D printing and material preparation, our policy is structured as follows:

1. Full Refund Window: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the initial transaction, you are eligible for a full refund. This covers immediate booking errors.

2. Partial Refund Window: If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled activity date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

3. Non-Refundable Window: Any cancellation or reschedule request made within 7 days of the activity date is non-refundable. This policy accounts for the time and material costs already invested in preparing your unique 3D print and materials.
